• How do I figure out what I should be when I grow up?

That’s a decision only you can make!  Career counselors are available to discuss any of your career-related concerns and point you toward resources that can help you obtain experience, make career plans, or prepare for graduate school.  Self-assessment inventories are also available to help you assess your interests, skills, and values. 

• How do I figure out what I want to major in?

Deciding on a major can be challenging.  You may want to meet with a counselor for help in identifying your interests.  The Career Resource Center offers a variety of print and web resources, including books and web sites that highlight potential career options for various majors.

• Where can I find an internship?

Current internship listings are posted on College Central Network.  Our internship page also includes links to a variety of internship web sites.

• How do I find a job?

Current job listings are posted on College Central Network.  Our job page also includes links to a variety of employment web sites.

• Where are you located? What are your hours?

We are located in the College Center Room 412.  Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• How do I write a resume?  And a cover letter?

You can print out resume and cover letter guidelines clicking the links above or pick them up in the Career Resource Center.  Career counselors are available to review your resume and cover letter by appointment.
