David Ambach, Class of 1997, Merchandising. Position: Buyer — Bath Accessories. Company: TJX Corporation, Framingham, MA Job description: Responsibilities include the negotiation and purchasing of all bath products for the TJ Maxx and Marshalls stores; seasonal planning; event planning, etc. Travel to NYC, Bali, Thailand, Taiwan, China, and the Philippines. Began as an Allocation Analyst at TJX and promoted to Senior Allocation Analyst, Associate Planner, Associate Buyer Level 1, Associate Buyer Level 2 to current position of Buyer.
Ellen DiBattista, Class of 1998, Merchandising. Position: Women’s & Kids Apparel Buyer. Company: Reebok International Ltd., Canton, MA Job description: Plan, analyze and strategize the allocation of product to factory outlet stores. Manage inventories of 110+ stores with sales up to $70 million and shipments of $90 million effecting 25% of our retail business.

Melissa Boucher Murphy, Class of 2003, Apparel Design. Position: Technical Designer. Company: Old Navy/Gap, Inc. San Francisco, CA Job description: Create technical packages with garment specs and construction details. Conduct fittings with designers and merchants on live models. Evaluate garment quality and construction. Communicate fit comments and pattern corrections to vendors.
Margaret Keevan, Class of 2002, Apparel Design. Position: Product Assistant. Company: TJX Corporation, Framingham, MA Job description: Develop apparel for T.J. Maxx and Marshalls. Research current trends; participate in prototype meetings to express ideas, flat sketch, and develop styles; set-up initial costing spreadsheets; review and prepare comments for submitted fabrics, trims, lab dips, and embroideries; communicate with international agents and factories; work with product manager in fitting samples; and measure garments to compare with original measurement specifications.

Jill, Quincy MA Job Description: Develop flat sketch, construction details and measurement specifications in the form of a technical specification package. Fit sample garment on live model and instruct factory on corrections. Previously worked for Talbots Corporate office as a Product Technician for sweaters and cut/sew knits.
Jennifer Akoury, Class of 2001, Apparel Design. Position: Junior Designer. Company: Reebok International Ltd., Canton, MA Job description: Designer for women’s NBA fan gear. Technical designer for NBA Collection including basic designs and preparation of artwork for development. Designer for special make up's and licensed apparel for other companies.

Company: BJ’s Wholesale Club Home Office, Natick, MA Job Description: Buy Christmas items such as trees, lights, ornaments, and outdoor displays; buy summer items such as patio and pool supplies, cushions, umbrellas, gazebos, statuary and hammocks.
Erin Sollis, Class of 2002, Merchandising. Position: Store Manager. Company: Wet Seal, Natick, MA Job description: Manage a staff of 20+. Responsible for customer service, increasing sales from previous year, staffing the store, visuals, and payroll. Previously worked as Co-Manager of Wet Seal and as a Visual Merchandising Assistant at the Gap.
