Welcome to the Office of Human Resources at Framingham State College!  Human Resources is located on the 3^rd floor of Dwight Hall, Room 306.  The goals of the Office of Human Resources are to assist in the recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce; advise college staff in human resources and labor relations matters including position classification, disciplinary action, conflict resolution, compliance with college policies, collective bargaining agreements and applicable state and federal laws; and to communicate employee benefits and human resources policies to employees.
