Graduate Coordinated Program in Dietetics

Graduate ProgramsIf you believe food habits strongly influence your health, our graduate programs may be just what you're looking for to play a vital role in the future of food and nutrition. There are two graduate offerings: Master of Science Degree ProgramsOur Master of Science degree programs integrate advanced study of nutrition science, biochemistry and research with applied nutrition and dietetics. These programs prepare you for a career in medical nutrition therapy, healthcare or foodservice management, or in enhancing public and private agencies with nutrition education and services. You may concentrate in either the Coordinated Program in Dietetics Master of Science students are required to pass a comprehensive exam before graduating. Graduate Certificate ProgramIf you are interested in gaining additional expertise in nutrition, you can earn a Graduate Certificate in Nutrition Education. The certificate courses are offered online through the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education. The Certificate is designed for career enhancement. This Certificate is an excellent way to complete your ADA Professional Development Portfolio. All courses leading to the Certificate carry four graduate credits and are offered online using BlackBoard. |
