A Unified Digital Campus - The FSC Initiative
Benefits
For Framingham State College, one of our top priorities is students and their education. To offer the best education we must provide a unified connection between students, faculty, staff, and administration. The move towards a Unified Digital Campus will provide and benefit the entire FSC community by:
Providing students with direct access to appropriate information, and make new online self-service applications for students such as online registration and online bill presentation and payment possible.
By providing college operations the availability of a single integrated information system.
More complete and reliable data will also be available for making day-to-day management and planning decisions.
Improved student and faculty services, including online registration and 24 X 7 access to records and accounts.
Improved administrative services allowing for greater functionality and flexibility.
Shared and easier access to data, eliminating redundant data entry, allowing for new ways to do business.
Improved methods to track recruitment and enrollment.
Clear and consistent data definitions.
Real-time, “right now” information regarding student enrollment, grades, finances, etc.
