E-mail and Telephone
Information
Each
faculty member will receive a
Framingham State College e-mail
account. To receive an e-mail
account, a network account, and/or
Ingres access, each new faculty
member must complete an
Application for a Framingham State
College User Account. After
completing the application it should
be forwarded to your department
chair for approval.
Your
office will have a telephone
extension with voice mail. To
access and initialize your
voice mail account, simply dial
4000 and follow the prompts. As a
faculty member, you will receive a
telephone directory that includes
the names, telephone and fax
numbers, office locations and e-mail
addresses of the faculty, staff, and
administration of the College.
If
you have any difficulties with
e-mail or voice mail do not hesitate
to contact the Faculty/Staff
Helpdesk at extension 4357 or visit
the
Information Technology Services
Web site.
Parking
Faculty will receive a decal in the
mail valid for a two-year period.
If you are a new employee of the
College, you must report to the
Department of Public Safety and
Police Services and fill out a decal
application card. New employees
must present a letter from their
Department Chair confirming
employment with the College. Please
make certain that you know your
vehicle license plate, make, model
and year, as well as your driver’s
license number. Once your
application is on file, unless any
pertinent information changes such
as name, vehicle, and/or address,
you will not have to fill out
another application card until your
decal expires. If there are
changes, you must contact the
Department of Public Safety and
Police Services so that records can
be updated. There will be no cost
for the decal.
Those assigned to Bement and Normal
Hill Lots will be issued decals as
well as access cards. Decals and
access cards are non-transferable.
For
a complete listing of the parking
rules and regulations, please refer
to the Framingham State College

Handbook that can be obtained
from the Department of Public Safety
