Due to a major system upgrade, the online application for admission to FSC for Fall 2010 will be unavailable from the end of the business day on Friday March 12 through Monday, March 22. We continue to welcome applications from first-year and transfer students during this time. Please use the printable version of the FSC application below and submit your application with application fee through regular mail.
