Are you interested in returning to Framingham State University to complete your undergraduate degree? If so, please download the pdf application for readmission by clicking here, complete and submit it with the application fee (cash or check only) to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. This is the process to follow whether you are returning as a day or evening degree seeking candidate.
If you have attended any colleges/universities since leaving FSU, please make arrangements for official, original transcripts to be submitted to complete your request for readmission. Documents submitted when you were initially admitted to the University should still be on file.
