If you are planning an event that will require technical assistance please contact our office one month prior to your event in order to assist you with your needs. If technical assistance is needed at your event we will have someone available for you. Chris Wallace is available to oversee all technical needs after regular business hours for a fee of $45 an hour minimum of 4 hours, student technical assistance is free of charge.  If the event requires outside assistance we will contact the appropriate vendors to work with you.

Here is a list of items that we can do for you (room specific):

1839 Room, New Conference Room and PCR2
There is a built-in LCD projector and screen in the room.  You will have to provide your own laptop computer if you need to show anything on the screen.  
A conference phone is available upon request.


Alumni Room (CC309)
There is a built-in LCD projector and screen in the room.  You will have to provide your own laptop computer if you need to show anything on the screen.


Forum
There is a built-in LCD projector and screen in the room.  You will have to provide your own laptop computer if you need to show anything on the screen. 
There are three different microphones that you can use in this space (Handheld wireless, wired and lapel).  Please be specific when requesting a microphone. There is also a VHS player, DVD player and CD player in the Forum.  If you are planning on needing any of these please ask us.
