Note: Maximum capacities are based on the rooms used in each configuration with no additional furniture or equipment in the room.
Added furnishings and/or equipment will reduce room capacity.
1839 Room
The room must be left as a conference table and there are 17 chairs
around the table. No other setups allowed.
Alumni Room
The room is a cleared floor unless it is requested.
- Lecture Style - 98 people Rounds - 48 people
- Classroom style - 36 people Hollow Square - 40 people
- U-shape - 42 people
Dwight Performing Arts Center (DPAC)
The room is a large auditorium with 509 fixed seats
Forum
The room is a cleared floor unless it is requested
- Lecture Style - 200 people Rounds - 120 people
Other setups can be requested. Please contact Kevin FitzGerald to
request unique setups.
PCR2
The room must be left as a conference table and there are 14 chairs
around the table. No other setups allowed
All other room requests can be made through our office and we will contact the appropriate office or department for you.
