This event consists of a series of workshops where guest speakers will gives informative and educational presentations on topics such as networking skills, resume writing, choosing the right career, etc.
Career Advice Roundtable (following the Career Conference)

The CARS event is a networking experience that directly follows the Career Conference. Local employers will attend to speak with students and offer career related advice and guidance.

Internship Info Session
March 27, 1:30-2:20pm, Ecumenical Center
This specific Internship Info Session will be geared towards Sociology and Criminology majors. However, all other majors are welcome to attend!

This event is our largest career fair. We host employers from the science, business, and human services industries.

Salvation Army "Thrift Shop Event"
April 20, Noon-3:00pm, Salvation Army (Framingham)
Students have the opportunity to ride the shuttle to the Framingham Salvation Army store where they will be offering discounts in honor of "FSU Student Day!" Each student will be given a $5 coupon towards the purchase of a professional outfit. Fashion Club students will be on hand to advice you about proper attire as well! Photos of final outfits purchased will be taken and a panel, made up of Career Services & Salvation Army staff as well as Fashion Club members, will vote on the best outfit. A certificate will be awarded to the winner! Be sure to sign-up for the shuttle ahead of time in SILD.
