Each term, CELTSS sponsors a series of brown bag lunch meetings for faculty and staff. The meetings are designed to provide faculty with an opportunity to discuss their research and teaching ideas in a relaxed setting. Often the topics are presented in a round table discussion format. However, faculty also use this forum to present their ongoing research ideas and progress. The topics have included balancing teaching and scholarship, grant writing, disabilities in the classroom, teaching first year students, and library news, just to name a few. A brochure is printed each term to provide faculty with a description of upcoming events for the term.
