Emmanouil Apostolidis Dr. Apostolidis teaches course in food science and biochemistry. His research interest is focused on the determination of the in vitro biochemical mechanism of action of plant, seaweed and fish by-products derived metabolites for type 2 diabetes and related hypertension and oxidation management.
