Welcome to the Jeanne M. Canelli Child Development Lab at Framingham State College! Our programs are fully licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care, a Massachusetts state agency. We are also accredited by the Academy for Early Childhood Program Accreditation, a division of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
The Lab Preschool was founded in 1962 and is entering its 45th year this year. In 1991, the Lab became nationally accredited by NAEYC under the leadership of Director Jeanne Canelli, and the Lab has been continually accreditated since then. We underwent a successful accreditation visit in June 2007, and we are NAEYC accredited until August 31, 2012.

| We are now accepting applications for our Spring and Summer programs. The spring programs are scheduled for May 19-30 and June 2-13. Week-long summer programs run from June 16 until July 25. |
