COMMENCEMENT 2012 INFORMATION SHEET
Be at Scott Hall parking lot, adjacent to the Framingham Village
Green, by 12:45p.m. Once there, begin to line up alphabetically by
last name within your major.
Parking for all graduates and their guests is available on the main
campus (Maple and Maynard). Handicapped parking, with state-issued
plates/decals, is available behind O'Connor. A handicapped accessible
shuttle will make rounds between O'Connor and Scott Hall. Multiple
shuttle buses will transport graduates and their guests from the
University's other parking lots to Framingham Village Green.
Bottled water will be for sale on the Village Green.
There is no limit to the number of people you can invite to the
ceremony. However,remind your guests that early arrivals get the
best seats!
The University has arranged for a professional photographer to take
a picture of the "degree granting moment" for each graduate. The
photography company will contact you atsome point after graduation
day.
