Communication Studies Concentration
COMMUNICATION STUDIES (CMG)

The Communication Studies concentration is designed to offer students a broad overview of communication traditions, theories, and experiences. Production and performance courses, such as photography, video & film production, computer graphic design, and drama/speech are pursued. Students also explore the broad range of the department’s arts and sciences, selecting Communication course electives in areas including acting and directing, speech, and media theory. This concentration addresses and summarizes the rich diversity of communication in today’s society.
