Admission Requirements
Note: Applications are accepted only for enrollment for the fall semester of odd years. The applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Applications must be complete by July 31st.
Special Requirements
Applicants must have a current unrestricted Massachusetts RN license.

Curriculum Requirements |

| NURE 941 | Curriculum Design and Evaluation (co-requisite with NURE 951) |
| NURE 951 | Course Development and Implementation (co-requisite with NURE 941) |
| NURE 981 | Advanced Teaching Methods (A number of schools and health care agencies participate in this practicum course. Get a list of the schools and agencies cooperating in the Graduate Certificate Program. |
Enrollment Plan
NURE 941 and NURE 951 are to be taken concurrently in the fall semester. NURE 981 must be taken in the spring semester.
Bridge to Master of Science in Nursing Program
All three of the Graduate Certificate Program in Nursing Education courses may be applied toward the Framingham State University Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program, nursing education concentration, with a minimum grade of B in each course (3.0 on a 4.0 scale), if accepted into the MSN program.
