Students typically come to the Center for many different reasons. Counseling may be of help to you if you are experiencing problems with any of the following: (this is not an exhaustive list)

  • Difficulty with concentration, motivation, attention,
    or organizing your time
  • Anxiety, depression, loneliness
  • Adjusting to college and being away from home
  • Test anxiety
  • Concerns about relationships
  • Being stressed out by all the demands of college life

    substance use issues in your family
