If you would like to receive mental health care, either talk therapy and/or medication evaluation/management off campus, we recommend utilizing your insurance coverage to minimize cost. You can find a mental/behavioral health phone number or website listed on your insurance card, or you can simply access information through your health plan’s main web site.

The two closest agencies to FSU that take many health insurances are Advocates Outpatient Services (508-935-0769) and Framingham Psychiatric Counseling Associates (508-980-1462). These and other treatment providers are listed below.

You can make an appointment or call the Counseling Center to assist you with this process and for possible referral.

Sleep Disorders Evaluation and Treatment
The Sleep Disorders Center at Metro West Medical Center
The Sleep Disorders Center at MWMC provides comprehensive diagnosis of sleep disturbances. To assess symptoms that occur during sleep, we need to observe patients for a full night in the laboratory.

The Center has 2 locations:
4 sleep rooms at Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick and 4 sleep rooms at the Framingham Sheraton Hotel. The private rooms, experienced staff, and advanced equipment make testing simple and comfortable.
