The Counseling Center offers a variety of outreach services to the college community, including students, faculty, and staff. These services include consultation, referrals, training, participation in campus-community events, and educational programs on a variety of mental health issues.
Outreach programming is an effective way to proactively educate the campus community regarding mental health issues and it can have a positive impact on students who may not otherwise pursue formal counseling.
