Graduate Certificate
in Children’s Literature

The Graduate Certificate in Children’s Literature provides focused and cohesive professional development for elementary and middle school teachers, as well as library personnel working in children’s and young adult services. Other individuals who may benefit from this specialized literary study include writers and pediatric medical professionals.

Admission Requirements
The applicant must have earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university. |

Curriculum Requirements
A total of five (5) courses are required including 21.866 Literature for Children, and three (3) courses from Group A and one (1) from Group B.
