English as a Second Language Programs
 
The ESL programs at Framingham State College offer courses designed for international students seeking to increase their English proficiency for academic study or to improve their general English skills to prepare for and enhance their careers.

Our Intensive English program is offered during the day and our Community ESL classes are offered in the evenings.

During the summer our 10-week Intensive English Program begins Monday, June 9, 2008.

For students with a limited amount of time, this summer we offer the evening Community ESL Program.   Up to five (5) levels of Basic ESL as well as advanced level content courses are being offered. Note: A PLACEMENT TEST IS GIVEN TO DETERMINE ENGLISH LEVEL BEFORE THE START OF CLASSES.
