Only open to educators/professionals living and working overseas.
Framingham State College is pleased to offer graduate degree programs abroad in cooperation with International Education Programs, Inc., a non-profit Massachusetts corporation engaged in education programs worldwide. The College has a long association with International Education Programs Inc. in presenting a unique opportunity for educators and teachers living abroad to advance both professionally and academically while working in an overseas assignment.
International Education Programs Inc. is housed in the C. Louis Cedrone International Education Center at Framingham State College. The Executive Director of International Education Programs Inc. is Ms. MaryEllen Normandin. The staff of the C. Louis Cedrone International Education Center includes: Mrs. Joyce Fahey, Administrative Coordinator, and Ms. Melissa Cadman, Administrative Assistant.
For over 167 years, Framingham State College has prepared teachers through innovative and high quality programs. The College was established in 1839 as the first public college in America to offer teacher preparation programs. Today, Framingham State College graduates are teaching throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, in Central and South America, Europe, The Middle East, Asia, and Africa. We welcome you to this growing network of professionals.
Programs to Fit Your Schedule
Program courses are provided in an intensive two week format during scheduled school vacation periods. This allows matriculated students the opportunity to experience a concentrated graduate program.
Distinguished Faculty
Our faculty includes professors from Framingham State College as well as a consortium of university and college professors from the greater Boston area as well as across the United States. The majority of our faculty hold terminal degrees in their discipline.
Affordable Tuition
The average cost of tuition for a 4 credit graduate course is $450.00. There is a one-time application fee of $100.00 and a $20.00 registration fee for each course session. Textbook costs range from $30-$90 per course.
Our International Education Program is designed to provide a first rate educational experience pertinent to teachers and educators living overseas. It is our sincere hope that you find it equally appealing.
