I want to change my meal plan. Where do I go?
Meal plan changes or additions can be made by visiting the Dining Services Office. Please note that changes to a lower meal plan may only be made prior to add/drop.
What is my FSCard?
Your FSCard is your student ID which provides access to residence halls and The Dining Commons. With the addition of RAM Cash, your FSCard may also be used for purchases at the Bookstore, for Laundry and also for purchases from selected Snack vending machines. RAM Cash may be purchased by visiting the Dining Services Office or online 24/7. Please visit the RAM Cash page of our website for additional instructions.
Can my friend use my FSCard?
Use of your FSCard is limited to the person identified on the card.
Can I take food from The Dining Commons?
The removal of food in addition to china, silverware & cups from The Dining Commons is strictly prohibited.
I lost or forgot my FSCard. What do I do?
Lost Student ID’s must be reported to the Card Services Office immediately. Please note that there is a fee for card replacement.
I want to offer a suggestion to FSC Dining Services?
Please offer your suggestion to one of our managers. We are always happy to listen. You may also send us a comment via the computer located in The Dining Commons or send and email to dining@frc.mass.edu.
When does my meal plan reset for the week?
The week runs Monday – Sunday so your meals will reset starting Monday morning.
