NURS 701 Writing and Information Literacy for Nurses
An interactive course designed for nurses to improve writing skills used in undergraduate and graduate nursing courses. Emphasis is placed on best writing practices, use of APA format as the standard for nursing writing, and accessing references to support evidence-based nursing practice. The course includes writing a paper, critiquing classmates' papers, and completing exercises in using APA formatting and library databases.
