Services for Off Campus Students
Off Campus Access
The Whittemore Library provides access to numerous online databases for all FSU students and faculty. Off-campus access requires that you login using your network account username and password before being able to search the databases. Email email@example.com if you experience problems with access. Here are more instructions on how to log-in when you are off campus:

All full-time and part-time Framingham State University students have borrowing privileges at the Whittemore Library. Day and evening students must register with the library at the circulation desk to activate the barcode on their student IDs. Borrowing privileges will expire when the student is no longer enrolled at the university.
Students are able to request for books and articles through interlibrary loan. For questions on interlibrary loan, please read the interlibrary loan policies.
Upon request, we will mail or fax library items for distance education students. Whittemore Library will be responsible for the cost of mailing materials to the students but the students are responsible for returning books to the library by their due date.
Reference librarians are available to help users:
- Use the resources in the library, such as the online catalog, reference collection, periodical indexes and databases, and the website.
- Choose appropriate resources for a particular research topic.
- Answer any type of questions you might have about doing research or about the Library.
