Dr. Lissa Bollettino, assistant professor of History, has been awarded a Caird Short-Term Research Fellowship by the National Maritime Museum.

Dr. Sarah Adelman has published an article entitled “Empowerment and Submission: The Political Culture of Catholic Women’s Religious Communities in Nineteenth-Century America” in the Journal of Women’s History, Vol 23, No. 3 (Fall 2011)
