New Employee Orientation/ Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Prevention

The Office of Human Resources, in collaboration with the Information Technology Services and Campus Police, offers a New Employee Orientation Program (“NEOP”) on a quarterly basis.  NEOP is designed to help acquaint new employees to Framingham State by providing them with information that they may not have received upon hire.  Some of the topics we cover includes information about benefits, the University Portal, policies and procedures, and other resources that are available to staff and faculty.  We also give participants the opportunity to ask questions and to meet other employees who are also “new” to the University.  Feel free to join us, even if you are not new to the University, but would like a refresher about your benefits!  Trainers - Jacquie Kittler from the Office of Human Resources, Corey Hobbs from the Information Technology Department, and Sgt. Joseph Woollard from Campus Police.

The second half of the day will be a workshop on Preventing Discrimination in the Workplace.  New employees, and employees who would like a refresther, are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop. Facilitiators: Jacquie Kittler & Kim Dexter from the Office of Human Resources.

Dates for Upcoming Workhops

We hope you will join us for one, or more, of these sessions.  To register, please email Jacquie Kittler at jkittler@framingham.edu with the date of the session you will be attending.  Before responding, please obtain your supervisor’s approval to attend.
