The mission of Information Technology Services (ITS) is to work in partnership with members of the Framingham State University community to facilitate the use of current and emerging technologies.
The Framingham State community includes: faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents, prospective students, retired employees, trustees, vendors, contractors, and all other individuals and organizations that interact with the University. These individuals and organizations are provided with varying levels of access to infrastructure and services.
Our professional staff and student workers support services and infrastructure that enable FSU to leverage technology resources effectively and responsibly in order to advance the University’s mission and strategic goals. Our vision is to be a source of value through the services we provide, in addition to being a resourceful, responsive and competent support organization.
ITS maintains its commitment to providing the best possible information technology services as part of each student's overall experience. Everything from technology enhanced classrooms to interactive online learning environments are integrated throughout the curriculum. The institution ensures that students are exposed to the application of technology as it applies to their majors, professional career, and as a more general tool for learning.
