The Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) is used at Framingham State University to deliver online and web-enhanced classes. Students can access course materials, participate in asynchronous discussions, develop e-Portfolios and take advantage of the system's collaborative tools anytime, anywhere - as long as they have access to the Internet. Framingham State University has an agreement with Presidium Learning to provide extended Help Desk support for Blackboard to students via telephone and online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Trained and qualified representatives are available to provide technical support for Blackboard and related applications. The depth and breadth of online support includes (but is not limited to):

real-time chat
a self-help knowledgebase
online animated tutorials that provide step-by-step instructions on how to use specific course tools
