Laptop Loans During Extended Repair Process
When you purchase a Dell laptop through the FSU & Dell agreement you are eligible to receive a loaner laptop in the event that your laptop is going to be out for repairs longer than 48 hours. This "loaner program" only applies to current students who have purchased the recommended laptop.
Software Assistance
The recommended laptop comes with many installed software packages. The Student Help Center is here to assist you in configuring and maintaining these programs including:
- Microsoft Office 2010(Word, Excel, Access, FrontPage, Publisher)
- Roxio Creator Plus (CD/DVD Recording)
- Spybot S&D (Anti-Spyware Software)
- Symantec AntiVirus Endpoint Protection 11
