Information Technology Services has licensed a copy of Symantec Antivirus for use by all students enrolled at the University. Up to date antivirus software must be installed and running on all computers in order to gain access to the campus computing network.
All university recommended laptops come with Symantec antivirus software already installed. But it is the responsibility of each student to run updates on a regular basis. Students who bring a non-university recommended laptop can download Symantec for free. The software must be removed after a student graduates, transfers, or leaves the university.
