The Student Help Center is the first place for students to turn to for assistance with resolving technology problems.

Blackboard Technical Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online or by calling our toll free support line 1-866-361-8970.

Technology support for all students at the University is provided in person, through e-mail or over the telephone by the Student Help Center and the Laptop Repair Depot. The depth and breadth of assistance that is provided includes (but is not limited to):

  • Answering general technology questions
  • Diagnosing and resolving basic issues with hardware and software
  • Connecting to the campus network
  • Provisioning of user accounts for access to online resources
  • Resetting passwords
  • Assisting with printing on campus
  • Supporting all computer labs and technology enhanced classrooms

The links at the left provide information on the various support services available to students along with contact information and hours. The links and information to the right provide quick links to the support services including the Student Help Center and Blackboard Technical Support.
