The Laptop Repair Depot offers advanced troubleshooting and multi-level diagnostic and network support to students who purchased the University recommended laptops. This includes:
- Diagnosing hardware problems
- Coordinating repairs with vendors and/or service providers
- Ordering and installing replacement parts for laptops still under warranty
- Imaging or re-imaging laptops
Most repairs are completed by the next business day. Loaner laptops are distributed to students who have issues that will take longer than 24 hours to resolve.
Please visit the Laptop Repair Depot only if a hardware repair is needed or if you are sent from the Student Help Center.
The Laptop Repair Depot is open as follows:
Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
