Colloquium

The Mathematics/Computer Science Colloquium talks for Fall 2005 will be held on Thursdays at 3:00 pm in Hemenway Hall 252. 

Please join us

  • on September 29th  when Victoria Sapko will speak on "Postage Stamp Problems",

  • on October 27th when Dustin Jiang will speak on "Modeling Continuous Queries in a Data Stream Management System by Using Queueing Theory", and

  • on December 1st when Ned Price will speak (title to be announced).

During Spring 2005,  the Mathematics/Computer Science Colloquium was held on Tuesdays at 11:30 am in Hemenway Hall 202.  Colloquium talks included

  • "Modeling Indirect Interaction in Multi-Agent Systems" on February 22 presented by David. Keil

  • "SAN: Storage Area Network" on March 22 presented by Suban. Krishnamoorthy 

  • "Population Level Effects of an Imperfect HIV Vaccine" on April 19 presented by Sonja Sandberg

A special four-part Bioinformatics Colloquium series was held on the first Monday of each month during Spring 2005.
