Framingham State University adopted Quality Matters (QM) as our Online and Blended Learning course design strategy in Spring 2011. Faculty members participating in the program meet regularly throughout the semester to review the QM standards in advance of re-designing their course for an internal QM review. Conversations are led by Dr. Pat Luoto, Consumer Sciences Department and Robin S. Robinson, Director Education Technology.
A total of 27 faculty members have completed our semester long Quality Matters program and 15 more joined the Spring 2013 cohort. As of January 2013, 11 courses have been submitted for review, 6 of the 11 courses have met QM standards and 5 more course are in the review process.
