Dr. McKenna teaches wide variety of classes, including Physics in its many incarnations, Introduction to Physical Sciences, Conversations with the Earth, and Astronomy. His current research centers on characterizing rates and causes of ecological change in salt marsh and near shore environments.

Vandana Singh has a Ph.D. in theoretical particle physics and is interested in everything from quarks to multiverses.  She teaches courses ranging from Physics, Nature and Society and Physical Science to calculus-based Principles of Physics II and Modern Physics.  Dr. Singh is very interested in how students learn, and has developed several creative approaches to enhance the learning and enjoyment of physics at all levels.  She is also the coordinator of Framingham State University's Environmental Forum.  Apart from the environment, her other interests include science fiction and world music.
