The Office of the University Registrar provides students and other parties with verification of a student's enrollment and expected date of graduation for the purpose of securing or maintaining student loans, health insurance, scholarships, and employment.

Verifications usually require information in addition to that which University has designated as directory information (FERPA); therefore, a signed release form is required is required before the verification can be processed.

Please note: Data restrictions remain in effect even after graduation.  If a student has a FERPA data restriction, the Office of the University Registrar cannot confirm enrollment or degrees earned to prospective employers or any other party without the student's permission.  The restriction may be added or reversed by the student submitting a written and signed request to the Office of the Univeristy Registrar or by visiting the Office.
