III. Nondiscrimination Policy

It is the policy of the College not to discriminate in education or employment on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, gender orientation, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or national origin. The College operates under an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Plan, approved by the Board of Higher Education and the College's Board of Trustees, that promotes and maintains a policy nondiscrimination, equal opportunity, and affirmative action.

RAM Handbook
