Resident assistants are assigned to work closely with a floor/area, act as a peer mentor, develop programming, enforce college policies, and respond to crises and emergencies. This is a leadership position which can be a valuable asset in your future career path. We are seeking qualified applicants who can make a positive impact on our community. While previous leadership experience may be helpful, it is not required.
Applications for the RA position for the next academic year become available in late-December. The interview and selection process takes place in February.
