Authorizing a user to view a student account:
Students may wish to authorize a parent, employer, or scholarship committee to view the account balances or payment history, and to allow access to make payments on the student's behalf.
The student must first log in to myFramingham with his or her username and password. From the homepage of myFramingham, select the first option "Review Charges and Account Details" listed in the drop-down menu under Account Information. The new page that loads is the billing homepage. From here you can set up Authorized Users by clicking the "Authorized Users" tab.
Once on the "Authorized User" page, the student can enter the e-mail address of the person they wish to authorize access and check off the permission options they wish to grant. After agreeing to the terms, two e-mails will be sent to the authorized user with instructions. For security purposes, the user name and password will be emailed separately. The student can then choose to add additional authorized users to his or her account.
