Campus Ministry is a service to you and for you, whatever your religious affiliation or non-affiliation. Campus Ministry respects all religious traditions on campus and offers religious services, educational programs, and volunteer service opportunities. The office also provides spiritual guidance and counseling for members of the Framingham State College community who are dealing with issues of faith or morality. Most religious services are held at the Ecumenical and Cultural Center located behind the College Center.
Campus Ministry currently has three chaplains, any one of whom is prepared to assist any student, staff or faculty member who wishes to utilize their services. Currently, Hai Ok Hwang, M. Div., and Reverend Julie Carson, M. Div. are regularly on campus serving the Roman Catholic and Protestant communities. The chaplains are also available to assist people of other denominations or religious traditions with their spiritual needs.
Please do not hesitate to call on them for spiritual counsel or for a referral to another faith tradition.
