Ceremony in the Athletic Center, Gymnasium
Dessert
reception will immediately follow ceremony.
Award recipients and the
recipients’ families will be sent invitations to the event. The reception is complimentary for both
students and their families. All
faculty, staff and administration are welcome to attend as guests of the University. Recipients will receive a certificate and
congratulatory letter from the University.
All other award materials must be
supplied by the individual department.
Awards Timeline
All award information is due Friday, March 2, 2012. This deadline is to ensure appropriate time for guests to plan on attending the event. We understand that some awards are based upon
coursework completion. Please let us know if you will need an
extension of the March 2 deadline. If your department does not wish to
participate in the ceremony, please let us know and we will update our records.
