Whether students are just beginning the leadership journey, or are looking to refine skills, the office provides a variety of leadership workshops designed for all skill levels.  In preparing for the twenty-first century, leadership skills are key in successful careers beyond Framingham State University.  Individual leadership programs assist students in skill building and identifying talents, while club leadership training targets needs specific to running a club on campus.  Regardless of the leadership focus, student involvement is prepared to assist all students in improving leadership.

New for spring 2013 - Leaders 4 Leaders
The Office of Student Involvement and Leadership Development is seeking applicants for a pilot leadership program offered in the spring 2013:  Leaders 4 Leaders:  New Directions in Leadership.
Leaders 4 Leaders will be developed and implemented by a team of Framingham State student leaders.  Each student will be assigned a role within the planning committee, and work the Office of Student Involvement to deliver a leadership day for Assabet High School students currently enrolled in their Senior Leadership Seminar.  As a participant you will learn more about leadership, as well as how to work within a group setting and deliver a conference event.
