Saturdays of Service with FSU
Looking to get a foot in the door with local service agencies? Not sure what project or placement would be best for you? Check out the Saturdays of Service! Once a month SILD sponsors local volunteer events designed to peak interest and understanding of non-profit agencies. Events range from working at a food pantry to assisting local animal shelters. Transportation is usually provided. Participants may register for each event through CollegiateLink. Contact volunteer@framingham.edu with questions.

February 16 (rescheduled) - Family Promise, Walk-A-Thon
March 2 - Bethany Health Care
Volunteer at a local nursing home facility.
April 6 - NEADS - National Education for Assistant Dog Services
Help with maintenance and care of NEADS.
April 27 - Blue Hills Trail Clean up
Clean up the Blue Hill Trails ensuring the safety of hikers.
