Library Virtual Tour
 

The virtual tour is intended to acquaint library users with the physical layout of the Henry Whittemore Library as well as with its resources, services, and staff.  Select here for an animated version of the virtual tour.

	Bonnie Mitchell, the Director of the Library, welcomes you to the Henry Whittemore Library. The Library staff is devoted to assisting students, faculty and alumni in their research needs.
	Neil Conrad, the Interlibrary Loan Coordinator, and student assistants will help you get a library card, check-out books, and place interlibrary loan requests.
	Students have access to the Minuteman Library Network in addition to the campus network.
	The Library has 18 computers for students to use in their research.
	In addition to individual study carrels, students can stretch their legs in our alternative study area.
	The Library houses a number of classrooms.
	Need a break? The student lounge has comfortable chairs and vending machines.
	Reference Librarians are available to help patrons find library resources, either individually or in instruction classes.
	The Library's Archivist, Colleen Previte, manages the College's Special Collections and Archives which contain the history and development of the College.
	The Ella C. Ritchie Curriculum Library, located on the upper mezzanine, provides resources and services to students, particularly education majors.
	The staff in the Acquisitions department are responsible for ordering the Library's print and electronic resources.
	Richard Clare and Suzanne Meunier, our Technical Services librarians, catalog all of the Library's resources. Alicia O'Neill and student assistants (not pictured) process materials and ready them for shelving and circulation.
	The Periodicals department is located on the upper mezzanine floor. The student assistants are able to locate periodicals, back issues, microfilm, and microfiche. Bound periodicals are located two floors below on the lower mezzanine.
