Full text reference database. Includes about 3600 journals of which 2700 are peer reviewed journals. Full text communications journals include Communications News and Advertising Age.  

Expanded Academic ASAP  (1980 - present)               Off-campus
Full-text and citation reference database. Full text communications journals include Communication Reports and Ad Age Global.
 
Project MUSE                                                                  Off-campus
Full text access to over 300 high quality journals in the humanities, arts, and social sciences from 60 scholarly publishers.

Contains information regarding shows, grants, programs and project.

Encyclopedia of Television
The Encyclopedia of Television includes more than 1,000 original essays from more than 250 contributors and examines specific programs and people, historic moments and trends, major policy disputes and such topics as violence, tabloid television and the quiz show scandal.

Federal Communications Commission
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent United States government agency, directly responsible to Congress.  Links to policy, employment, resources and standards as well as a history of communications and a strategic plan are found on their site.

American Advertising Federation

One of the richest photography resources on the Web.  An excellent source for the history of photography with online exhibitions and a chronology of the evolution of photography.

Duke Digital Collections

A number of excellent image collection of from American and Canadian advertisements between 1850-1955.
