This web site is provided by the Licensure Officer at Framingham State University to assist current students and our alumnae/alumni with the licensure application process.</p> <p><em>Are you ready to apply for your Massachusetts educator license?</em><br />To use this web site, select your degree or program type from the list in the Licensure Program area of the navigation menu. Then, follow the instructions to get to a checklist that is designed for your specific licensure application. Links to the necessary documents are included in your checklist page.</p> <p><em>Are you moving out of state?</em><br />If you are applying for a license in another state and are asked to provide verification that you have completed an approved program, please select the Out-of-State Requests link for information. Most states require some type of verification and have forms designed for this purpose.</p> <h2>Spring Licensure Workshop Schedule</h2> <p>The following licensure workshops have been scheduled for students who are enrolled in a practicum this spring or who are completing their degree requirements for a May or August graduation.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold; ">Master's Degree Candidates</span><br /> Graduate students (MEd and MA programs) who are completing a program for an Initial or Professional license are encouraged to attend this workshop in order to ensure their licensure application materials are complete and their licensure endorsement is processed as quickly as possible upon graduation/program completion.
