Upon graduation with a major in Food and Nutrition, and concentration in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics, I felt confident and prepared for launching my professional career as a Registered Dietitian. Within five years I was able to open four new and profitable lines of business with national and world-wide food service providers, launch my own private practice and become a sports dietitian for a major league baseball team.
