Framingham State University (FSU) has committed to freezing undergraduate Tuition and Fees, as well as standard Housing rates, for the 2022-2023 academic year in order to provide relief to students and families going through hard times. The move was approved by the FSU Board of Trustees in January.

"The pandemic continues to place a burden on so many of our students and families," says Framingham State President F. Javier Cevallos. "With the support of our Board of Trustees, I'm happy to say that we are fully committed to keeping the price of attending Framingham State University flat once again for the upcoming academic year."

This is the second consecutive year that FSU has held tuition, fees and housing rates flat. The University has been asking departments across campus to tighten their budgets and target efficiencies in order to offset deficits created by holding tuition and fees flat. Current in-state Tuition and Fees at Framingham State University are $11,380 per year.

In addition to the freeze, Framingham State University has also increased college and foundation support for student financial aid by over $1M over the past few years.
